Why don't my cultural-period scores add up to 100?

They are fit-weighted affinity scores, not ancestry percentages. Each conditional period share is multiplied by the overall Monte Carlo fit, so the period scores add up to that model-fit score.

Can I compare this chart with Global25 or another regional report?

No. This is a fixed ADMIXTURE projection for this report's reference panel. You can compare kits within the same report and projection version, but not coordinates across regions or with Vahaduo/Global25.

What counts as a matched sample in Sample Explorer?
